Whether it’s collegiate or professional, there’s no better place to scream and cheer than a live sporting event. The excitement of the game and ambience of the stadium or arena come together to produce a product unlike anything else. Although the ultimate health and success of a stadium is largely dependent on the actual on-field product or team, the overall spectator experience is a vital component in encouraging fans to attend a live event, as opposed to watching it on TV. Studies have shown visuals and sensoryscape throughout a stadium can help trigger excitement (or lack thereof) and impact the overall fan experience. The better the sensory experience, the higher level of customer loyalty and repeat attendance.
